The Assisted Language Learning (AXL) program leverages speech recognition to identify the specific problems in sentence construction or word recognition or syllable recognition that a child may have, and then helps the child overcome those specific problems through repeated practice. The program focuses on the creation of “safe spaces” that can foster literacy, for both children and teachers. The program has been developed by EkStep in collaboration with AI4Bharat.
